Welcome to Marcius Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We provide:

• Web design & development
• Digital marketing
• SEO & content creation
• Consulting & maintenance

All services are subject to availability and may require a separate contract.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services.
• Not use our Services for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Respect intellectual property rights (no unauthorized copying or distribution).

• Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement.
• Payment is due as specified (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion).
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (e.g., if work has not started).

• All materials (designs, code, content) created by us remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose (but we retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio).

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
• Issues caused by third-party integrations (e.g., hosting providers).
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., server outages).

Either party may terminate services with written notice. If terminated:

• Client pays for work completed.
• Unused prepayments may be refunded (if applicable).

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services means acceptance of changes.

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Marshall Islands.
• Arbitration: By mutual agreement, parties may resolve disputes through binding arbitration under UNCITRAL Rules or other internationally recognized standards.
• Language: All legal proceedings will be conducted in English.
