All services are subject to availability and may require a separate contract.

4. Payments & Refunds
- Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement.
- Payment is due as specified (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion).
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (e.g., if work has not started).
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials (designs, code, content) created by us remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose (but we retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio).
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
- Issues caused by third-party integrations (e.g., hosting providers).
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., server outages).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If terminated:
- Client pays for work completed.
- Unused prepayments may be refunded (if applicable).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services means acceptance of changes.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Marshall Islands.
- Arbitration: By mutual agreement, parties may resolve disputes through binding arbitration under UNCITRAL Rules or other internationally recognized standards.
- Language: All legal proceedings will be conducted in English.
